well, its a good thing i dont do this bloggin' thing for a living, because i am seriously far behind in my vegan updates. i really want to let you all in on my little vegan cupcake recipe. the cupcakes we SO amazing, really. even brian mentioned that they may be the best cupcakes i have ever made him (which is saying A LOT). i love sweets, and i bake often - especially cupcakes.
but, as for today, monday - valentine's day. i am no longer following a vegan diet. filet mignon for dinner. so perfect. everyone have an amazing day with their loved ones and tomorrow i will be posting a complete briefing of my week as a vegan.
